Q: Will this be a smoothie for every meal?

A: Yes, you will drink (3) 12-16oz green smoothies per day and may eat unlimited amounts of crunchy veggies such as celery, carrots, cucumbers, etc. I will send you the grocery list of required ingredients, provide the necessary recipes, and instructions for exactly what you'll need to do each day of the detox.

Q: Why is it only green smoothies? I can't I eat anything else?

A: The purpose for a detox is to cleanse the system of toxins to bring vitality into the body. This means removing processed and harder to digest foods from your diet so your body can have the time to repair, heal, and detoxify.

If the 15-Day Post Detox Guide is added to your order, it will guide you through the process of integrating foods back into your diet after the detox so you can continue to lose weight and maintain the positive effects of the detox, such as weight-loss, long-term.

Q: Are these green smoothies palatable? Do people have to pinch their noses to drink this stuff?

A: No haha, they're not gross to the point of needing to pinch your nose. The smoothies contain just greens and fruit with a higher ratio of greens, and the base is water because you are detoxing from the higher levels of sugar in your day to day diet. The smoothies might taste gross the first 2 days or so but eventually your tastebuds will start to readjust to less sugar and you'll start to enjoy them more.

How does the 15-Day Post Detox Guide work?

After the first 5 days of the full green smoothie detox, you will gradually start to incorporate healthy balanced meals into your diet.

Days 6-10 will be the addition of 1 healthy meal (lunch), grilled or baked fish or chicken with a side of steamed veggies, along with daily green smoothies.

Days 11-15 will be the addition of 2 healthy meals (lunch and dinner) along with one green smoothie.

Days 16-20 will be full incorporation of a healthy breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and one green smoothie as a snack in your day.
